Rio Grande Residency Hotel - Madurai

The hotel offered free breakfast and speedy service. The location was perfect; just a short walk from the bus station and local attractions. The room was equipped with a cozy bed which was perfect after a long journey.

The room was not clean, it looked like it had not been cleaned before we came. The bathroom was dirty and there were stains on the bedding which was disgusting.

I enjoyed the cleanliness of the hotel and the friendliness of the staff. The hotel had good facilities, and I appreciated the convenient parking. the hotel's location just opposite to the Bus Stand was helpful.

Couldn't stay longer.

Good room allotment, parking facilities, hot water on demand, great TV channels, super comfy beds.

Everything is what I need and want.

This hotel is conveniently located just opposite the Bus Stand, making it easy to go around the city. the rooms are clean and spacious, and the staff is friendly and helpful. the bathroom is well-equipped and clean. the breakfast has a decent spread with good taste and served early in the morning. There is also a nice view of the city from the roof terrace.

The restaurant and room service options need improvement, as the menu options are limited.
